Do I need a Maine real estate license?
Yes. You must hold an active Maine real estate license issued by the Maine Real Estate Commission. If you’re working toward your license, we can recommend pre-licensing courses and help you prepare for the exam.
Is there a team fee or monthly cost?
There are no desk fees. eXp Realty charges a modest monthly cloud brokerage fee. Bean Group does not layer additional team fees on top of eXp’s standard structure.
Can I join part-time?
